You send check

You send email questions (The fewer and more specific, the outcome seems better)

I reply with email and musical examples.

Now, if you have ProTools, Cubase etc. I can send a file that you can import and we have a lot of flexibility at that point. However, if you don't even have ANY recording gear, it's OK, I send an mp3 for the example; it's just not as flexible for you on your end. It still gets my idea across!
